FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I apply?  Simply fill in our online applicationform with all your details. What happens when I apply?  First you reveive a confirmation, that states your application has been succesfully sent.  We endeavour to get back to all participants 1 week after application closes. All application results are sent to you via email.  When can I apply? Application opening and closing dates are posted above. What can I sell at the market? Anything, from handmade clothings, accessories, jewellery, beauty products, candles, object design, housewares, books & zines, papergoods, music, artworks to foods. Can I share a stall? Yes, you may share a stall. But do not forget to inform us! Can we apply as a collective or group? Yes, you may apply as a collective our group! But do not forget to inform us!  Is there power avaliable? Power is strictly limited, so will need to be clearly stated on your applicationform if you absolutely need it for stall display. Power set up and supply is an additional cost. What if I have to cancel my application? If you need to cancel your application before approval stage you may email us to let us know and we will take your application off our database. If you have been approved for a stall we allow a period of time for cancellations, if you do wish to cancel within this time frame there is a 10% admin fee that is non refundable. The whole stall fee you have paid minus the admin fee will be refunded back to you. If you cancel more than 3 weeks from the date of the market this will result in a forfeiture of 50% of your Stall fees. If you cancel less than 3 weeks prior to the market you will not have your Stall fees refunded. Can I choose my stall position? You may include requests or notes for stall placement in your application form which we will take into account, however we cannot guarantee all requests are filled.
